nothing pleases (or interests)
I thought a dead captain America would provoke some commentary. Apparently, something far more drastic has to shake you out of your laziness.
Unfortunately, I have nothing more to offer except that my favorite character in War and Peace is Napoleon.
I have to go make dinner out of diet food...it's tricky. And I just got back from tennis, where I've managed to claw my way out of the C-team onto JV.
Adieu.

I'd comment, but you didn't really give much upon which to do so.
Fortunately I have information of far more interest: we have a King! Hip hip huzzah!
What? You wonder.
Let me explain...
Since you said you were interested in going into politics, you might find this interesting as well: the Kingdom of Talossa (a micronation); check out www.kingdomoftalossa.net and the forums at www.talossa.proboards32.com. You should become a citizen and get involved in our nation's politics. It is great fun. I will tell you more if you want--maybe more than you could possibly want to know. (Nic AT KingdomofTalossa DOT net)
Capitán Nic Casálmac'h (my Talossan name)
I'm not much for kingdoms...I prefer empires. Then there is the possibility for me to be empress.
Your favorite character is Napoleon, huh? Interesting...still does nothing to change the fact that Napoleon's horse is the most important one. (At least in Tolstoy's mind.)
And good job making the JV. Fun!
"Then there is the possibility for me to be empress."
Hmm, so I guess you must be planning to run for president and then once you are firmly entrenched declare the US and empire and you its empress then.
I'm not sure whether you're making fun of me or it's just sounds too serious for you.
I personally like monarchies, especially the Hapsburg system. Of course it's even better when the king happens to be my sister's godfather and an old family friend.
You were asking for comments, but I think if I keep this up I shall soon make you sorry you ever did. At least that is the impression I get.
Apologies. I shall attempt to restrain myself in future.
Yeah, I'm a fan of the Hapsburgs too...but then they were an empire. Pretty sweet. No, I wasn't making fun of you, I just don't usually go in for online kingdoms. I tried once, really. Not much came of it.
Why, oh why would a dead Captain America cause me to comment? I don't know him, don't specially want to, and know nothing of the genre. What the heck...
Empress, huh? I think you've been reading to much Russian literature.
Because he's...Captain America. He must be important. And the empress urge came after a brief acquaintance with Napoleon.
